When you or a family member are admitted to Box Butte总医院 either as in-patient or out-patient, our 特殊服务 personnel are ready and willing to make every effort to make sure the experience is as painless and stress-free as possible.

特殊服务 assists patients and families in navigating the health care system. When patients are admitted to the hospital, 特殊服务 provides insurance companies with the clinical information they need, and negotiates the inpatient and skilled hospital days needed for recovery.  特殊服务 work in collaboration with medical providers, 护理与康复, as well as with social workers and discharge planners from other health care institutions and agencies, to develop discharge plans with patients and their families and to make arrangements for post-hospital care.

Supporting patients and family in crisis, as well as making sure families have their basic needs met while they are here, is an important part of the hospital's 特殊服务 program. This may include arrangements for:

To help facilitate such arrangements, 特殊服务 maintains a list of community social services, healthcare and legal resources for the community. 特殊服务 is often the intermediary between the hospital and law enforcement.
